1. Scope of Services

SOFASHIELD PRO provides surface-care diagnostics, nano-coating treatments, penetrating sealants, and surface protection film installations. All offerings are subject to on-site substrate assessment and confirmation by the company.

2. Material Suitability & Pre-Treatment Testing

Prior to full treatment application, technicians conduct a spot compatibility test. If a material is identified as unsuitable due to prior damage, unstable dyestuffs, or excessive fiber degradation, SOFASHIELD PRO reserves the right to advise against treatment or propose alternative care methods.

3. Realistic Performance & Limitations

Surface protection treatments are designed to significantly delay liquid absorption, reduce stain adhesion, and simplify routine maintenance. Treatments do not make materials 100% permanently stain-proof, heat-proof, scratch-proof, or indestructible. Accidental spills must still be blotted in accordance with provided aftercare guidance.

4. Curing Requirements

Clients are required to adhere to the designated curing window (typically 12 to 24 hours). premature exposure to liquids, friction, or cleaning agents before full cure voids performance guarantees.

5. Quotations and Service Booking

Online and phone quotations represent estimates based on client-submitted descriptions. Final pricing is confirmed following physical inspection of dimensions, condition, and substrate requirements.
